Cabin Rules

Check-in and Check-Out Times

  • Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
  • Early check-in and/or late check-out possible upon request.

Noise

  • Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Quiet hour starts at 10:00 PM at which time outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum. This is NOT a party cabin.

Smoking

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin.

Pets

  • No pets are to be left alone in the cabin.

Outside Fires

  • Outside fires are to be restricted to the fire pit provided. Fires should never be left unattended or left burning when leaving an area or retiring for the night.

Fire Alarms

  • Guests must notify the landlord without delay if a fire alarm β€œchirps” or has a low battery condition.

Firearms

  • Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises according to state and local laws.

Fireworks

  • Guests agree that fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property.

Illegal Use

  • Guests shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc. is not permitted.

Upon Leaving

  • Double check for any personal items, particularly under beds, in bathroom, and in refrigerator.
  • Linens/beds unused. If a bed is used, please remove bedding (except mattress cover).
  • Washer used to soak, and placed used bedding on sofa.
  • Carport and patio any dishes used.
  • Place trash in outside trash cans.
